These terms govern the use of the BSMT website (www.bsmt.co.uk), in-store, and online purchases. Agreement to these terms is mandatory for using BSMT services.

• Payment and Delivery: BSMT accepts orders via the website, email, phone, or in store at our Dalston based gallery. Payment methods include credit/debit card or cash for in-person purchases. All transactions are secure. BSMT is not responsible for shipping damages or international duties and taxes.

• Delivery Policy: Orders are processed from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after Thursday are processed on Monday. UK deliveries use the  Special Delivery priority service for prints and usually DHL for other items. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier schedules. Items that have been purchased with framing will take up to three weeks to be completed depending on how busy the framing studio is. We will endeavour our best to swiftly frame your work but are subject to supplier product availability, should a specific product be out of stock we will let you know the estimated turnaround time.

• Pricing Policy: Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change without prior notice. Errors can occur and should a price be wrong or a framing doesn’t get added to your order, we will reach out via email or telephone to take the remaining payment manually or refund the  existing payment. In the event that a product is incorrectly priced, BSMT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and the debit/credit card has been charged. If your card has been charged and we cancel your purchase, we will refund this to the same amount that it was charged for.

• Product Warranties: BSMT ensures goods of satisfactory quality in line with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994. BSMT does not provide additional warranties beyond these.

• Website and Product Availability: BSMT strives for continuous website availability and accurate stock representation but cannot fully guarantee this as orders made in house might take a few hours to be reflected online. Unavailable items will be refunded promptly.

• Intellectual Property: All website content is owned by BSMT and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

• Returns and Exchanges: Returns are accepted within 14 days  from online purchase, with conditions. BSMT is confident that you will be happy with your purchase, however, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, you may cancel your order at any time before or up to 14 days after placing the order by notifying us by email or telephone. In this case we would be happy to offer an exchange of goods to the same value or offer a credit note towards another purchase which would have to be used within 6 months of being issued. The artwork must be returned in mint condition either in person or in the original packaging via a secure parcel service that requires a signature. This should be returned to BSMT, 529 Kingsland Road, E84AR. Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable. Please note that we cannot offer a returns policy on our framing services. These frames are made bespoke for our customers and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

      All refunds will be made in GBP and we cannot be held responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates
